How Self-Realization works
This phase involves understanding “what you are not,” realizing “what you are,” negating the sense of being a doer, overcoming binding desires (vasanas), and experiencing the Akhandakara Vritti (a continuous awareness of the Self).
Through introspection, the person begins dismantling false identities tied to the ego, uncovering the essence of their true nature. This stage is marked by a profound sense of liberation as old mental patterns and attachments lose their grip.
